Unicorn Colours Memory Matching Game is a fun, engaging way for children to learn colours, practice maths skills, practice literacy skills, and practice critical thinking skills; this matching game can be used during a group activity. This resource has UK spelling. Colours included in these cards are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, brown, black, grey, and white.

Make two copies of all the cards. Laminate and cut out the cards. Use the cards for a memory matching game. Allow children to find unicorns that are the same colour; allow children to make matches based on colour. Colour words typed in the matching colour are also included on the cards. Older children can be encouraged to recognize the colour words; early learners can be encouraged to recognize letters; some older early learners may even recognize some colour words. Give the children opportunity to learn in a variety of ways at their own paces.
