A fantastic resource for you to use if you have access to a fitness suite/gym. The resource can be adapted for a full body workout approach. Instructions are listed on the side of the resource.

I have used this previously within a 50 minute lesson but once completed you could ask students to then use the resource as inspiration to create their own workout tailored to a tennis player.
