Winston Churchill was a famous British leader born in Oxfordshire, England in 1874. He came from a family of politicians and was taught the value of hard work and education. In 1940, he became the Prime Minister of Britain and inspired the nation during the darkest times of World War II. Churchill’s bravery, determination, and love for his country inspired people worldwide, and his legacy lives on even after his death in 1965.
