Y3/4 Our European Neighbours - Geography Unit

The European Neighbours Unit for Year 3/4 geography will introduce students to the continent of Europe, focusing on its geographical features, countries, and cultures. The unit will cover key topics such as locating Europe on a map, identifying neighbouring countries of the UK, learning about the capitals and languages of European countries, and exploring physical features like rivers and mountains. Students will compare neighbouring countries, examining similarities and differences in culture, language, and geography. Through interactive activities, map labeling, and group projects, students will develop an understanding of Europe’s diverse countries and their connections to the UK.
