Year 3 & 4 Area Pack - counting squares, calculating area of rectangles, problem solving & reasoning

Year 3 & 4 Area Pack includes 3 x worksheets including counting cm square areas (and half squares), working out the missing areas of part rectangles and calculating the area of rectangles (and triangles for extension). The pack also includes 3 x area reasoning challenges which will allow children to demonstrate depth of understanding and mastery of concepts in area. There is also an area investigation (finding all the possibilities) and an area homework sheet included.
Can be used with other year groups depending on learning needs.
Can be used to supplement existing planning or schemes including White Rose Maths ( WRMaths )
