A unit of work focused on Christmas Poetry. Throughout this unit, the children will write several poems that each link to Christmas dinner. This could easily be changed and adapted to suit other elements of Christmas or even to change the theme entirely. The poem stems used all come from the book ‘A creative approach to teaching rhythm and rhyme’ written by Andy Croft- an incredible resource!
