Year 5 and 6 104 Statutory Spellings Grammar Starter Activity Set

This resource includes all 104 statutory spellings for Year 5 and 6. The PowerPoint format is editable, you can choose which word/ synonym/ definition and sentence to cover up and let the children search for. I have also attached the PDF format.

Each slide has four statutory spellings, with their definition, synonyms, image and a sentence including the word. I use this as an English starter activity where children can use a dictionary/ thesaurus to find the missing parts.
