A Notebook file for daily arithmetic practice based on the analysis of our 2018 KS2 SATs Maths papers. You may want to tweek the calculations based on the needs of your class.
The arithmetic calculations are organised into 5 individual days of practice. We have an arithmetic workbook which the children use for the first 10 minutes of each Maths lesson: 7 minutes to complete the task; 1 to mark; 2 minutes to discuss with a partner an error or teach time.
I use a tracker to record progress as the numbered calculations are always from the same domain.
