End of KS2 SATs Mathematics Paper 1 Questions broken down by each topic 12 questions per page - 55 pages of questions
Now has answer sheets document attached!
This booklet is designed to help students become confident with all the different elements covered within the arithmetic section of the Mathematics curriculum.
The questions in this booklet have been split into units such as fractions and then split into smaller chunks to build student’s confidence in each area. This will lead to students identifying and improving their strengths and weaknesses, rather than focusing on their overall score from an arithmetic paper.
Unit 1 – Number
Unit 2 – Addition and Subtraction
Unit 3 – Multiplication and Division
Unit 4 – Order of Operations
Unit 5 – Fractions
Unit 6 – Percentages
This is a great resource but didn't realise the questions would be so small. Ideally would have liked less questions on a page and a bigger font/squares for working out.

Hi, thanks for leaving a review.
I understand that you may find the boxes are a little smaller than expected however, they are still big enough for them to do their working out as shown in the answers.
If I reduced the number of questions per page I’d have the double to size of an already large file, which wouldn’t be suitable for TES. Or alternatively I’d have to reduce the number of questions in the booklet which is the main reason people brought the booklet so that wouldn’t be ideal either.

A great resource! It seems the correct pitch for the SATS arithmetic paper with tons of questions! I wanted exactly this - a page on each topic rather than mixed papers with content I haven't taught yet! I was wondering if answers were included in this price however? To save my brain!!

Hey The answers are uploaded now. I think because it’s the same resource you should be able to download them. If not let me know and I’ll sort it.

The pitch of these are extremely low. I just paid a big price for a document that I can only use half of because most of these questions are not something that Year 6 level children need to practise a lot. Year 6 teachers will want a resource that is aimed more towards the tricky objectives rather than recapping add 10 for multiple pages.

Hi, I'm sorry you felt disappointed by the resource. The booklet is designed to have multiple uses for a range of users and students. Each page of the booklet is designed to cover a type of question covered within the past papers. One of the unit within the booklet is addition and subtraction, which does cover adding/subtracting 10/100/1000 as well as other skills. Additionally, the booklet contains many other units covered within the arithmetic paper such as Multiplication & Division, Order of Operations, Fractions, Percentages and Decimals. The difficulty of all of these questions is based on the question types covered within the sats papers. Since the papers cover some easy questions and some tough ones the booklet is design to encourage students of all abilities to try the questions but also stretch those who require it. There are hundreds of questions for these topics which takes a lot of time to compile and create. Half of which doesn't go to us as creators but to fees and taxes.
