Heroica is a funny pantomime-style play full of quirky memorable characters perfect for Year 6 students.

Set in the magical realm of Heroica, the play follows two brave students as they confront goblins, outwit a forgetful hero of the past, and uncover the truth behind the mysterious Darkspire tower. With roles that encourage teamwork, creativity, and confidence, this play is perfect for end-of-year performances, providing a memorable experience for both the students and the audience.

Throughout the play, the hero’s sidekicks - Lexicon, the grammar-obsessed robot, and Nox, the unlucky witch’s cat - engage with the audience and act as guides to the story while participating in it. Heroica provides a memorable, interactive experience for your audience and is bursting with characters that your students will never forget playing.

The play is designed to work flexibly with a range of casts. The script details parts that can be removed for smaller classes and areas that more roles can be added to for larger groups.
