These resources have been created for teachers to deliver dance as part of their Core PE lessons.
The pack contains a 70-slide PowerPoint (8 lessons) that covers a variety of dance topics, such as key termonology, physical and expressive skills and different dance styles including jazz, bollywood, commerial, salsa and contemporary. Additionally, it also comes with a 5-page teacher delivery guide including learning objectives and a worksheet for lesson 4.
The aim of this pack is for teachers that lack confidence in delivering dance and may not neccessary want to perform in front of their students. However, there are also options to do this if you prefer. This may also be helpful for any PE department that deliver dance as part of their curriculum.
You will need access to IT (projector and sound) to deliver these lessons.
