This is what I have created for my year 7 students to work through in Food Technology.
We have 6 lessons with the classes in which to have a very quick lesson, cooking demonstration and class cooking.
This work book which goes along with the lesson PPTs really helps to speed up the theory section.
This can be used for any age as an introduction to food, safety, Health and equipment.
