The bundle is aimed at year 8s who may go on to take GCSE food and nutrition in the future. There are 7 theory lessons which covers starters, learning objectives and lessons on food commodities, food processing, aeration and heat transfer. There are also recipes that are used in conjunction, which are easy to follow in a 55 minute lesson. These make up 14 lessons.

Bundle also comes with a booklet which has a range of activities, which can be followed during the lesson, starter mini quizzes from an independent learning booklet to revise at home.
