Zones of Regulation - Self check-in

Resource has been designed to support pupils understanding of the zones of regulation.
The pages can be put together to create a workbook for the pupil to use every morning and afternoon.
All pages and symbols have been colour coded to encourage greater independence when identifying the zones that the feelings fall into.
I have used this for my own SEN class - laminated the pages and used velcro for the symbols with multiple symbols so the pupil can choose the same feeling for morning and afternoon if desired without having to remove the symbol from the morning.
