These JOY Banners are a great Christmas / Seasonal craft that your students will love to create! And, they make great gifts!!! There are 7 banner options to choose from. I have included step-by-step directions and visuals to help you create these banners. I have also provided a template for students to write a Christmas message to a loved one if they are planning to give the Banner as a gift. All students require are scissors, coloring pencils and glue. You need to have 1 1/2" ribbon for each student and a hoop to hang the banner. I buy bracelets at the dollar store. They come 4 or more in a pack for $1. And, they are large enough to fit around most door knobs so the students can hang their banner on their bedroom door. You do need to cut squares (4 x 4) ahead of time for students or bring the heavy cardstock to class and have your students cut those squares.
