Welcome to my shop! I love being able to help other teachers during the year when they have so many things on their plate. I have taught both high school and junior high school science. You will receive a PowerPoint copy of this item so you are able to edit it however you need. Class roster: Made for seven class periods (easily changed). You can copy and paste student names easily into this form to keep track of all of your students. 1st week of school form: Can be edited to include anything for your class. I have added the following, a place for student name, student signature (for checking out books, etc.), bathroom/hall pass received. parent letter returned, supplies brought in, fees paid, and locker assigned. Grade sheet: place for student name, assignment title, and student grade on the assignment. Attendance form: 6 weeks of attendance on one form for the entire class.
