I have produced a lesson aimed at improving pupils performance during the new 9-1 AQA DT exam. It is hoped that it will help build confidence prior to the summer exam. Pupils will need answer questions from the SAM 2 paper then analyse other pupils responces. It is designed to not only test theory knowledge but dig down to help develop pupils understanding of what to wrote to get marks in an exam. Here you will find a complete set of 55 simplified lesson plans that should be used alongside the starter/bell tasks and complete NEA template I have developed. Together they will allow for the complete delivery of the new AQA DT NEA.

This project will give students an introduction to polymers, how they can be shaped through vacuum forming and formed using the sander, drill and countersink. You will also develop a solid working understanding of 2D Design in order to create an orthographic drawing. Manual isometric sketching will be developed with the use of traditional drawing equipment. Please check out my other resocurces. They are designed to give students the skills required to complete the Examination they will sit.
