Healthy Relationships & Consent - PSHE Life Day - ‘Stronger Connections’- Secondary Students aged 13-18
Stronger Connections / Healthy Relationships drop-down day that focuses on portrayals of love and romance everywhere—in movies, songs, TV shows, and fairytales. But do any of these portrayals actually show healthy relationships? This Stronger Connections Drop- Down Day is all about analyzing pop culture and distinguishing between red flags and green flags, then rewriting them to better represent healthy dynamics. Students will engage in group projects and station activities that empower them to establish boundaries and gain a deeper understanding of consent and love vs control.
These activities are easy to prepare with little to no prep required for teachers. Students will receive

Mental Health - PSHE Life Day - ‘Stronger than our struggles’- Secondary Students aged 12-17
Mental Health Day ‘Stronger than our struggles’- What’s it all about?
Mental health is becoming less of a taboo topic and is now openly discussed in schools, many homes, and all over social media. Despite this openness, anxiety and depression are on the rise among students. Some of this is due to social media misinformation and a tendency to focus on how we’re feeling rather than building emotional resilience and giving real tools for dealing with life’s natural ups and downs.
During this Drop-Down Day, we’re arming students with proven strategies to handle emotional spikes and daily stress. We’ll do this through real-world simulations, mindfulness scavenger hunts, hands-on activities and a final digital story telling campaign.
This PSHE Life Day is designed to equip students with practical tools and insights to manage their own emotions and support others in need. To help in this process, each student will receive a 18-page Student Guidance Booklet and have session videos as well as session PowerPoint slides.
Learning Outcomes
Discuss Mental Health and Outreach: Explore how to engage in meaningful conversations about mental health and learn effective ways to offer or seek support.
Develop Emotional Resilience: Identify the characteristics of emotional resilience and positive mindsets, and understand their role in personal well-being.
Learn Coping Strategies: Gain practical tools for stress management and mindfulness, and participate in scenario-based exercises to apply these techniques effectively.
Create Awareness Campaigns: Collaborate to develop a digital story telling campaign focusing on building and promoting emotional resilience within the community.
Hands-On Team Building: Students will develop improved teamwork and communication skills through engaging, hands-on activities that emphasise collaboration and problem-solving.
