Manners and politeness LKS2 PSHE Lesson. A one hour-long, very detailed, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for lower KS2 (Year 3 if you are following the PSHE Association’s thematic model). In this lesson, the students will explore what it means to be polite and have good manners. We will discuss ways that we can be respectful to others, and identify examples of unacceptable online behaviour. Germs and illness PSHE Lesson. A one hour-long, very detailed, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for KS2. This lesson allows students to investigate germs, how they spread, and what we can do to protect ourselves. The students will learn about different types of germs, including viruses and bacteria. We will look at how we can wash our hands effectively and why this is so important. The students will carry out a series of experiments that will demonstrate both how germs can spread, but also how we protect ourselves. The lesson includes literacy tasks, match up tasks, clip tasks and much more.

Rights and responsibilities KS2 or Lower KS3 PSHE Lesson. A one hour-long, very detailed, fully resourced PSHE lesson.
In this lesson, the students will explore the concept of rights. We will discuss a series of examples including the right to equality, freedom, free speech and having our basic human needs met. We will reflect on the relationship between rights and responsibilities and discuss the reasons why we have rights in the first place. The lesson includes a jigsaw activity, where the students match rights to a corresponding responsibility. The lesson also includes an information sheet, a video clip task, a main task that focuses on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and a Venn diagram plenary activity.

Careers and skills KS2 PSHE Lesson. A one hour-long, very detailed, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for KS2. This lesson has been created for Year 3, however, the resource is suitable for use across KS2. In this lesson, the students will explore the different types of skills that employers look for when hiring people. We will look at hard skills and soft skills, and discuss the reasons why communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership are sought after attributes in the workplace. The students will carry out a recruitment agent activity where they will match up job applicants to a selection of career opportunities. The lesson also includes a key term matching task, an information sheet, a video clip task, a recruitment agent activity, and a plenary task.

Goals and targets KS2 PSHE Lesson. A one hour-long, very detailed, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for KS2. This lesson has been created for Year 3, however, the resource is suitable for use across KS2. In this lesson, the students will explore the concept of goal setting. We will look at the reasons why people set personal goals, and through a series of examples explore the different ways that a goal can be broken down into smaller, manageable targets. The students will learn how to create SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-based) targets and apply their skills to a series of case studies.
