The researchers are working with Latino and Arab youth gangs from several locations in the Americas, Southern Europe and North Africa, and across different gang cultures, including pandillas, clicas, combos and maras. Their aim is to change our negative perceptions of youth gangs and to help them integrate into society using mediation. • This resource also contains interviews with anthropologists working this project.
