This collection of 30 daily activities will help to teach, assess and consolidate your pupils’ understanding of the grammar, punctuation and spelling curriculum to improve their writing for half a term. Six weeks of daily activities are included on the presentation. The answers to each activity is on the next slide to aid idiscussion with the class. The presentation has over 60 slides in total. These can be used as daily registration activities, English/Literacy lesson starter activities, plenaries, end of the day activities, and more. This resource requires no photocopying, just a screen and somewhere for the children to note down their answers (English books, general work books or mini-whiteboards). Two example diary texts from the point of view of Theseus and Ariadne from the ancient Greek myth of Theseus and the Minotaur.
