This lesson was designed to be delivered to a year 10 class. Can be adapted for different abilities. Recaps the photosynthesis equation to introduce the ideas of the different reactants and factors needed. Real life scenario given to enable the students to understand rate limiting factors. Student lead discussion on different factors affecting the rate of photosynthesis. Graphs of light, carbon dioxide and temperature provided to help students develop their interpretation skills. Plenary is past paper exam question. Lower and higher ability questions included.
