This is my poster for Venn Diagrams, which shows the main relationships between two sets. I give students the A5 version for revision and have a large version on the wall somewhere.

Unlike most Treasure Hunts, this one has the added feature that the answers to the questions give an encrypted clue. When students decipher this clue, it reveals where the treasure is hidden!
The question cards have been prepared in two sizes. The large version can be pinned around the room and used for a whole class activity. The smaller cards can be used for group work or by individuals. The smaller cards are particularly helpful during interventions.

My favourite use of loop cards is for two students to have different versions of the cards and race each other. They then check their answers, shuffle, swap packs and race again (quickest overall time wins). More instructions are included in the download.

Originally designed for my own classroom, I am delighted to share these five posters of Mathematical terms. There are separate posters for Number, Algebra, Functions & Graphs, Geometry and Statistics. Formatted for A3, but will print form A4 up to A1.

These display letters can be cut out and used as a colourful choice for titles on display boards or even for bunting. Each letter shows both its rotational symmetry and its line symmetry. The letters are colour-coded so that those of the same symmetry have the same colour and background :-)
I have prepared them for easy printing in three sizes (A5, A6 and A7).<hr>As well as discussing symmetry, other nice activities to do with students include asking:
+“What maths words can be made using only letters which have exactly one line of symmetry?”
+“How many different maths words can be made (at the same time) using only one set of 26 letters?”
+“What’s the shortest sentence, which is the mathematical equivalent of The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog ?”
