Multiplication Fact Fluency BUNDLE fun Activities & Games
Are you looking for engaging ways for your high school maths students to review key topics? Whether you need a Fraction Decimal Percent Activity, adding and subtracting positive and negative numbers or reviewing Pythagoras’ Theorem, it’s in the bundle!
Why play maths games with High School students?
High school can be a tough time for students’ engagement with maths. Here’s where maths games can come in! They offer several of advantages that go beyond just rote memorisation:
Games make learning fun! This can be a game-changer (pun intended) for your students who find traditional maths drills boring. Engagement fuels a desire to learn and participate.
Many maths games target specific skills, like fractions, decimals, or pre-algebra. By playing repeatedly, students practice and solidify these concepts in a low-pressure environment.
Maths games often involve challenges that require strategic thinking and creative solutions. This strengthens critical thinking and problem-solving muscles that benefit students in all areas, not just maths.
Games can cater to different learning styles, allowing students to grasp concepts in a way that works best for them. This can be a big help for students who struggle with traditional methods.
Games provide a space to experiment and make mistakes without fear of penalty. This encourages students to take risks and develop a “growth mindset” about maths.
In short, maths games can turn maths from a chore into an engaging and enriching experience for your high schoolers.

Are you looking for engaging ways to help your students understand odd and even numbers? These odd and even numbers worksheets are no-prep activities to save you valuable time and help your students gain a deeper understanding of odd and even numbers and how they support mathematical thinking.
Benefits:
Understanding the rules of odd and even numbers goes beyond memorising equations like “odd + odd = even”.
Here’s why it’s beneficial:
Knowing if a number is even lets you quickly predict results of certain operations. For example, you know adding an even number to any number won’t change its odd/even property (even + even = even, even + odd = odd). This makes many calculations faster and easier.
Even numbers are divisible by 2. Understanding even/odd lays the groundwork for learning divisibility rules for other numbers.
Classifying numbers as odd or even helps with grouping and sorting problems. You can quickly identify which numbers can be paired together and which ones will be left out.
Odd and even form a basic number pattern. Recognizing this pattern helps develop logical thinking skills, which are crucial throughout mathematics.
