A differentiated quiz with 45 fact-packed questions for 50 points. This activity is based on the topics of arts, history and politics, geography, food and drink, travel and tourism in some German-speaking countries. Three levels of differentiation with answer sheets! It is advised that learners should use an electronic device, e.g. computer, notebook or at least a mobile phone in order to research their answers. The countries included are Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein and Switzerland, with one question on Namibia. The two answer sheets differ only in that one is in English and the other is in German. All questions are the same at all levels on all 3 question sheets, though one English version has the number of points to be gained written into each section and into answer boxes if more than 1 point to help learners. The medium version is all in English with no hints for amount of points. The harder version is all in German, no hints of points and comes with its own German answer sheet. Land on a red square and pick up a red card to explain what went wrong and how to put it right. Land on green and pick up a green card to explain that rule to other players. Perfect for class work or cover work, this Maths Fun pack includes numbers 1-100 and is best suited to approx. 6-8 year olds. It provides one activity sheet each on 2D shapes, 3D shapes, symmetry, weights, sequences and number order, magic triangles and squares. Learners use previous knowledge to work through the activities and puzzles. All activities can also be completed as a Fun Marble Challenge, which is explained along with other suggestions. All resources were created in Word or PowerPoint (presentation) and are included as .pdf files. Word files were created in 2 formats, i.e. A4 and letter. Each was then made into a .pdf file.
