Hands-on informative resources for Primary Transition Coordinators at Secondary School! This bundle contains 3 useful documents to support a smooth transfer of Pupils to a new school: Web-guide for your school website - needs to be read and adapted to your own school though this is a pure writing issue. All hyperlinks will remain in place. Teacher liaison document - Ideally this document would be completed by the new students’ original teacher and passed to their new school.
