It looks at how you can cope with anxiety and where to seek help if you have ongoing problems with anxiety. It will also be part of a bundle with other resources looking at situations where stress and anxiety are more prevalent, such as when facing disappointment, or in the face of exams, and areas of our lives we can work on to help improve our mental health, such as sleep, friendship and acts of kindness.

We want to prepare our students to make responsible, considered choices in the future and this Earth Day lesson includes a presentation with discussion points, optional videos and lots of food for thought. The lesson is wholly adaptable and could easily be adapted to an environment lesson and discussion for anytime in the PHSE/Citizenship/Life Skills programme. The teaching notes include a link to duplicate a preliminary quiz to get students thinking about their current green credentials. The pack also includes a follow-up worksheet, which could be used after the lesson to underline the issues - it links to a newspaper article on plastic waste and has some questions to complete from the article.
