Engage your students as they learn all about the structure and function of the heart, as they make an interactive foldable heart that can be coloured and stuck in their books. This is an ideal activity if you do not have access to hearts or if students are to squeamish to complete it themselves.

A simple grid resource that students fill in. Questions on one side and the answers on the other. Students can use the small grid at the bottom to give points (IE 1 point - shade in green) and shade in all the questions the student gives one point to in the same colour.

A presentation that explores some of the most common trees that could be found in your school grounds. Discover their shape, leaves, flowers and seeds. Students can then explore their school grounds and collect leaves from the trees and stick an example on the worksheet.
For stretch and challenge learners could create an Identification key which can be used to ID the tree in the future.
