Hello Amazing Fellow Educators! I´m Danicka. I graduated with a teaching specialization in French as an Additional Language from the University of Toronto in June 2022. I am currently an IB French Teacher for the Middle Years and Diploma Programs. I bring extensive experience in teaching French to diverse learners. This game will enable students to practice using vocabulary to describe people (hair colour, eye colour, etc.) in French. Extra support: Students requiring extra support can be given a vocabulary sheet with descriptor words and expressions to talk about hair and eye colour in French. Materials required to play this game in the classroom: A pair of dice for each group of students (The number of groups will depend on how many students you have in your classroom.)

They will also have the opportunity to practice using Halloween vocabulary. Assessments aligned with Ontario French Immersion curriculum standards included (this can also be adapted for the other French programs).
