Download includes a PowerPoint presentation and a lesson plan for a successful Art & Design interview for a position as a classroom teacher. Lesson was delivered to Y9 and lasted 55 minutes. Fully resources, examples, worksheets, success criteria and extension task. Media used- coloured pencils, ink, tonal pencils, ink. fine liners. Pupils will need the media above as well as a yellow highlighter. Teacher will need a green highlighter.

This scheme has been developed for Y9 and looks at how artists use their work to contribute towards issues they feel strongly about. Artists included are Bob & Roberta Smith and Shepard Fairey.

13 lessons which have been fully resourced within each PowerPoint presentation. Starters link to the ‘do now’ booklet that I have available for free. Scheme of work overview is also available for free with a breakdown of how to progress through the unit to ensure pace. Clear success criteria along with teacher feedback sheets for pupils to identify improvements from and self/peer assessment guides.
