Pasaporte español - Also available in French, German and soon Arabic. 26 daily pages. (can be used for 26 lessons) two versions: one with a cover in English and the other in Spanish. A useful teaching tool for: students reflect on their learning student motivation challenges (at the back of the passport) and differentiation ownership teacher assessment for learning Format and Printing instructions: For the purpose of authenticity, this booklet is in A6 format. You will need A5 paper to print it on (or A4 cut in half) Adobe Acrobat is recommended. In the printing options in printer preferences, make sure the paper selected is A5. Select “booklet”. This should automatically send the passport to print double sided and in order. Use a long stapler to staple the middle. Here’s how I use it: As I only see my KS3 classes once a week, I put this together and use it every single lesson as a plenary! It allows them to give me feedback on how they feel they understood the content and they can also write me a note. These are on their desk for the full lesson and stay in the classroom so that I can assess their learning. If there are any notes, I write some advice back. There is a bank of extra challenges activities at the back, that can be used with any topic, and students can let me know how many challenges (both from the extension activities on the board and from the back of their passports) they have completed at the end of the lesson, by circling the correct number. As an exit ticket, I give them a small activity on a post-it size paper (i.e. “extend this sentence” or “correct this sentence” ) , student get a stamp once this is completed and are allowed to “travel” (leave the classroom). Wear a border control vest or police hat if you like drama! I certainly do. You will notice the challenges are written in Spanish, but if they struggle to understand some parts of it, they can squint their eyes and read it in English on the page next to it.

Perfect tense / Le passé composé Poster Classroom poster on how to do the perfect tense in French, flowchart style. It includes all conjugations for “être” and “avoir”(including ‘On’), a large list of irregular participles. If the verb is irregular and also needs the auxiliary “être” they are marked with an asterisk. At the bottom of the poster, there is a list of time markers to use it with. I have used this in my classroom and it has worked excellently so far, students just need to follow the flowchart, which means I need to spend less time explaining and my students get more practice time! Format is A1 size, but can be printed in smaller sizes. This is part of my French Grammar/ Conjugation Booklet at KS3 which you can find here: https://www.tes.com/teaching-resource/french-grammar-conjugation-booklet-organiser-12756410
