Rhythm Rolling Game

This is a great series of rhythm worksheets for developing rhythm writing and performance skills. Students roll dice, write the corresponding rhythm in the boxes provided, and then perform their newly created rhythms. Each sheet introduces different rhythms (i.e. quarter notes, rests, syncopations, etc.). As an extension opportunity, staff paper is included on the back of each worksheet to set the rhythms to pitch along with a helpful, color-coded and labeled staff with notes. There are 7 different worksheets included, each featuring different complexity of rhythms. As a bonus, I have also included a blank worksheet so that you can custom-make this activity, based on whatever rhythms you choose to write in.
