simple grids to record the phonemes that children know from phase 2 - 5. Also includes tricky words from phase 2,3,4, and 5. Each grid has a column to add each child's initials ( there are 30 rows but can be edited to suit your class) I have used this grid for a few years now and find it great as you can see your whole class gaps at a glance and it can be added to at the end of each half term.
