I have fully completed and gone over the Digital Information Technology COMPONENT 2: Collecting, Presenting and Interpreting Data Pearson Set Assignment Jan 2024 which has just finished.
This is a great guide to help you complete the new released June 2024 paper as most of the questions are very similar just set out on a updated data set.
Absolutely ideal for working through as practice.
Included is a fully completed Excel Spreadsheet with all completed tasks for 2A 2B and 2C as well as a complete ‘how to guide’ on PPT.

BTEC IT Level 3 - Using Social Media in Business Learning Aim: A (Full Teacher Guide)

Here is a 45 page powerpoint presentation I have made which works as a complete teacher guide to unit 19 Internet of Things for the BTEC IT EXTENDED DIPLOMA LEVEL 3
The soloution is a Python application that runs on a Raspberry Pi, the program is linked to a motion sensor and a camera. When motion is detected the camera will take a photograph and email it to an attached Gmail account. The photo is also saved locally on the micro SD card. This works as an internet of things connected device.
All code is included with explanations, all learning aims are included with guides for teachers.

29/02/24 - I have added risk assessment/mitigation templates (These are the official BTEC ones that used in Unit 11 - Cyber Security exam.) However, I noticed it was good opportunity for cross curricular learning.
08/03/2024 - In 2024 Gmail removed unsupported applications from connecting to Gmail accounts, this made my code crash. I have created a workaround and included the guide here today. Everything works again!
