This is designed for an introduction to this tense with my year 8. We have used it before but we now need to understand how it works so students become independent in building and using this tense themselves. Any comments are welcome. The vowel gap fill activity can be used for pair work, for speaking and or writing. Students have to fill in the gaps ( stars ) with vowels only and then they could use the grid as support in speaking tasks. You will find the script on the French site called 1 jour 1 actu. It contains short clip with key words in authentic French. It goes quite fast, hence all the resources attached to support students through the study of authentic resources and texts, particularly for the new GCSE MFL and A Level ( 2016 ).
