Cardio Card Circuit

Cardio Cards Circuit requires a deck of cards to be spread around on the floor in the middle of the room. Around the edge would be all the station cards. Each time a pupil/pair reach a station they have to run into the middle and pick a random card. Whichever suit it is decides the exercise variation they need to perform and the amount is how many reps they have to perform in each set. The teacher can set a time limit on how long they spend on each station.

In pairs, pupils will decide who is the contestant and who is the chaser. Where the contestant decides to start decides how many extra reps they will need to do compared to the chaser. Each step down has a different exercise and each station is based on a different area of the body.
