Our interactive, online leadership courses are aimed at aspiring, middle and senior leaders and are suitable for both primary and secondary schools. Written by leadership experts, they’ve been designed to provide even senior leaders with useful different perspectives and new ideas.
Available on an unlimited basis, our courses are short and interactive, with longer courses broken up into modules, so learners can study at a time and pace that suits them, saving their progress as they go.

Our leadership courses have been written by:
Steve Burnage, an international training consultant, inspector and author with over 35 years’ experience in teaching and school leadership. Every one of the examples and scenarios used in the course are real situations that Steve experienced as a headteacher of an inner-city comprehensive school.
Richard Selfridge, an experienced teacher, writer and education consultant. Richard is skilled in data analysis and interpretation, assessment, pupil and school development and writing about education. He is also the author of the acclaimed books Databusting for Schools and Dataproof Your School.
Jon Tait, an influential and inspirational education leader who is currently Director of School Improvement and Deputy CEO at a multi-academy trust comprising of three large secondary schools and sixth form colleges in North Yorkshire. He is also a published author of four books. Jon’s innovative approach to school and organisational leadership challenges habits that have gone before, looking at ways to improve education through change management.
Hayley Lamb, an educational coach and wellbeing specialist as well as an International School Leader. Hayley delivers coaching skills training in schools to equip leaders with the tools to enhance their own and their team’s performance and wellbeing. She supports leaders to have the flexibility and confidence to use coaching skills with their team and the wider school community.
