The challenge
King’s Infant School, The British School of Madrid is part of the King’s College school network, which provides high-quality British education to more than 5000 students across the globe.
The infant school caters specifically for children between the ages of 2-7 and has a capacity for more than 200 students.
Before adopting MyConcern, King’s Infant School used a paper-based system for the recording and management of any safeguarding or wellbeing concerns. They kept hard copies of these records on the school premises, which meant that records could only be updated during staff work hours.
The manual nature of these paper records also made it difficult for safeguarding staff to have visibility of the whole picture.
