- GCSE or equivalent results in English, mathematics and science (primary only)
- Degree and university information
2. Your current school employment details, including:
- Senior leader email address
3. Please print off the Confirmation of School Support Form (CSSF) and ask your headteacher to review and hand-sign it (wet signature).
