1. GCSE or equivalent results in English, mathematics and science. 2. Degree and university information.

Step 2: Your current school employment details, including:

1. Senior leader email address. 2. Ofsted grade (if UK based). 3. Date of Ofsted inspection. 4. Link to your school's most recent Ofsted inspection report.

Step 3: Please print off the Confirmation of School Support Form (CSSF) and ask your headteacher to review and hand-sign it (wet signature).
