Affinity Learning Partnership

Affinity Learning Partnership is a mixed multi-academy trust based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire. Currently comprising seven schools (three secondaries and four primaries), we educate approximately 5,500 children and young people between the ages of 3 and 19, and employ 650 members of staff.

Our Vision

Our vision is relatively simple - everything we do is to ensure that we are a Trust where everyone belongs, progresses and thrives.

We are empowering our leadership teams to move their schools forward with confidence and clarity, shaping solutions together with transparency and integrity. 

We have designed our central support to enable leaders to lead, teachers to teach and our students to learn. 

It is also right to stress that our ethos of ‘Work Hard, Be Kind, Choose Wisely’, a mantra that our staff and students live every day, remains in our academies. We should all seek to make the right choices with integrity and purpose. 

The next three years are hugely exciting for our seven schools, and the children, young people and colleagues who make up our partnership. We are writing not just the next chapter of the Trust’s collective history, but also creating the platform for so many individual stories of success and celebration.
