Teaching Assistant will work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils, promote pupils' independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. Small group/one to one interventions alongside our specialist SEN teachers.

To monitor and report on whole school attendance, analysing data to identify key areas of concern. Work closely with pupils, staff, parents and carers to reduce levels of absence, and act appropriately when persistent absence becomes a safeguarding.
