Career development: Oulton Academy prides itself on providing both formal and informal CPD opportunities, 2 hours per week minimum. Formal CPD includes but is not limited to NPQs, Level 7 Masters degrees and the nationally recognised Embedding Formative Assessment (EFA) programme. Informal CPD provides staff with weekly departmental time as well as the chance to collaborate with other teams across the academy. All staff receive a comprehensive induction programme before they start their new role.
