Utahloy International School Zengcheng (UISZ)

UIS ZC is committed to excellence in education. It strives to fulfil the unique potential of each student by addressing their social, emotional, intellectual and physical needs in a supportive learning environment that prepares them for life in a multicultural world as global citizens.

The school campus is set in an 85 hectare lakeside botanical garden in rural Guangdong Province, one hour from the major cities of Guangdong and Dongguan and two hours from Hong Kong.  Opened in 2003, it includes purpose-built boarding accommodation as well as offering day school education for students of expatriate families in this dynamic Pearl River Estuary region. Facilities include extensive sports fields, a covered basketball court/gymnasium and an Olympic-sized swimming pool. Our K-12 curriculum, including PYP, MYP and IB Dip, is supported by modern classroom, library and laboratory provision.

Our student body, like our curriculum, is truly international, with students of 20 different nationalities.  Our highly qualified and experienced teaching team comes from UK, Australia, USA, Canada, Europe and several Asian countries, including our host country China.  A member of the Council of International Schools, UIS ZC is currently pursuing accreditation by CIS, WASC and the NCCT.
