About Victoria College (VCJ)
Victoria College, founded in 1852 and very much part of Jersey's heritage, is a successful State fee-paying HMC boys' school situated in beautiful grounds overlooking St Helier. With around 700 students aged 11-18, the College prides itself in its pursuit of a world-class holistic education for its young men, who leave as Old Victorians to make a positive impact on society in so many fields. The values of Aspiration, Respect and Resilience permeate the College's impressive academic provision, its wide-ranging cocurricular programme, and its superb pastoral support. With a new 5 year Strategic Plan, receiving investment into a range of facilities, and with student numbers on the rise, this is undoubtedly an exciting phase in Victoria College's development.
Victoria College is an exciting place to learn and grow for its boys, a rewarding place to teach and work for its staff, and is defined by a strong sense of community, collegiality and a culture of kindness.
