At William Morris Sixth Form, we are proud to provide a friendly, supportive and open culture where staff can develop and thrive. For more than 30 years, we have focused on academic and vocational excellence, with a strong belief that learning empowers young people.

Professional development is a priority for us, and staff benefit from a wide range of in-house and external opportunities, supported by robust internal monitoring and developmental lesson observation. Our dedicated teachers and support staff are specialists in working with 16–19 year olds and are committed to helping students achieve the best possible outcomes.

We are located in a diverse, vibrant inner-city community and value the richness that students from many different backgrounds bring. Our existing staff share a deep commitment to our student-centred philosophy of empowerment through learning, and we are keen to welcome colleagues who share these values.
