Winston Way is a 3-form entry school serving the community in the heart of Ilford. We believe in providing an engaging curriculum, high quality teaching and learning, and instilling positive values in all our pupils. High expectations of both staff and pupils ensure that everyone in our school achieves their potential, bringing out the best in everyone. Being a part of United Learning allows us to work closely with other schools in the group, sharing best practice, expertise, and opportunities for both staff and pupils alike. As well as collaboration with other schools within the Trust, all teachers receive an additional planning and preparation day per term, and further benefits such as access to Perkbox, and CPD opportunities.
