Job overview
Egerton Primary School are seeking to appoint a Mid-Day Assistant to help supervise lunchtimes. The successful candidate will be expected to act as part of a team, to take care of the children on the school premises during the midday break between the morning and afternoon teaching sessions.
No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided on the job. We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking candidates, with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
Main duties will involve:
- Assisting in maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming environment in the dining hall.
- Assisting the Midday Supervisor in ensuring the safety of students.
- Providing support in the application of the school’s behaviour policy

Hours of work: 7.5 hours per week
Weeks: 38 weeks per year (Term Time only)
Actual Salary: £3,812 Grade 2 (pro rata to hours and weeks worked)
