Henderson Green Primary Academy and The HEART Education Trust are seeking an outstanding senior leader who is looking for a new challenge where they can make a real difference.

We are looking for a leader who believes in our vision that everything we do is about improving the futures of the most disadvantaged children, and wants to commit to that at Henderson Green.

We have well-above national levels of SEND and disadvantage, and even have our own in-house specialist SEND provision classroom. Many of our pupils have more to learn than their peers to get to the same end points when they first join us, but that means we just need to work that bit harder to get them there.

We work closely as a single organisation across our four academies, and in particular with our sister school Valley Primary Academy. Being part of a small Trust gives us our autonomy as an academy, but capacity and support beyond what a one-form entry school can usually offer. 

We are looking for an individual who can make a real impact to the school and community, and you will be supported both personally and professionally on this journey.
