We are delighted to share our strategic decision to recruit a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic leader with a passion for education and a proven track record in operational management to become an integral part of our school. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to implement innovative solutions, contribute to strategic decision making and shape the future of our school.
In an ever-evolving educational landscape, the role of a COO is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective management of non-academic functions, supporting our students in achieving exceptional results and becoming well-rounded citizens.
This is a new post and the COO will play a crucial role in streamlining administrative processes, optimising resources and fostering a culture of operational excellence. A senior position on our SLT, this strategic addition will enhance the overall functionality of our school and enable us to capitalise on various opportunities, ranging from the educational and co-curricular experience we provide, to increasing income generation.
